1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup nut milk (or milk of choice)
1 orange for topping, sliced
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 banana, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sliced almonds
¼ cup raisins
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Maple syrup, to serve


  1. Place the muesli in a medium bowl. Pour over the orange juice and milk. Cover and place in the fridge overnight to soak
  2. Divide the muesli mixture among serving bowls. Top with chia, orange, banana, orange, almonds, and raisins. Drizzle with a little maple and cinnamon to serve.
