Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup nut milk (or milk of choice)
1 orange for topping, sliced
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 banana, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sliced almonds
¼ cup raisins
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Maple syrup, to serve
Directions
- Place the muesli in a medium bowl. Pour over the orange juice and milk. Cover and place in the fridge overnight to soak
- Divide the muesli mixture among serving bowls. Top with chia, orange, banana, orange, almonds, and raisins. Drizzle with a little maple and cinnamon to serve.
