1 grapefruit, peeled
1 banana
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons honey
1½ cups oat milk (or milk of choice)

Toppings (optional)

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and pour into two glasses
  2. Serve cold with toppings of choice.
