Ingredients

Juice of 5 limes plus extra slices for garnish
Handful fresh mint leaves
2 cups water
2 cups ice
4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon grated ginger

Method

Add lime juice, mint leaves, water, ice, honey and grated ginger to a blender and pulse until smooth

Pour into 2 glasses and top with lime slices. Serve immediately
