3 medium tangelos, peeled and sliced
4 cups mixed salad greens
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 radishes, thinly sliced
¼ cup sliced almonds


¼ cup tahini
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
Pinch salt


  1. In a medium bowl combine salad ingredients
  2. In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients together
  3. Just before serving, pour over the salad and toss gently
