Gooey Baked Persimmons

4 First Fresh persimmons sliced/skin on
1 orange + rind and 3 tbsp juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
4 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup water
- In an oven dish lay out your persimmon slices.
- Add each of the ingredients on top starting with the water, and ending so that the cinnamon sits on top of the persimmons as they bake.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 mins.
