Ingredients

4 First Fresh persimmons sliced/skin on
1 orange + rind and 3 tbsp juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
4 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup water

Directions

  1. In an oven dish lay out your persimmon slices.
  2. Add each of the ingredients on top starting with the water, and ending so that the cinnamon sits on top of the persimmons as they bake.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 mins.
